Dependability - This is a flexible role with hours and days to suit but commitment is still necessary and once a day and time has been agreed then these should be stuck to.
Trustworthiness - As a leading agency we require each applicant to show they are trusted to work in our clients households. We ask for ID & proof of legally working in the UK. We may ask for a DBS to be carried out.
Energetic - This can be a fast paced job cleaning from one home to another. You need to be active and thorough in your cleaning ability.
Time Management - Being able to efficiently handle the days work will really help to standards of work. Running late or being pressed for time takes away from our ability to provide excellent customer service! Make sure you're a good timekeeper and stick to the days and times you agree to!
Detail Oriented - Did you see the spider web in the corner? A trained eye will notice each detail and ensure customer satisfaction every clean.
