Dependability - This is a flexible position with hours and days to suit but commitment is still priority and once a day and time has been agreed then these should be stuck to.
Trustworthy - As a reputable agency we require each applicant to show they are trusted to work in our clients homes. We ask for ID & proof of legally working in the UK. We may ask for a DBS to be carried out.
Energetic - This can be a fast paced job cleaning from one house to another. You need to be active and thorough in your cleaning ability.
Time Management - Being able to efficiently handle the days work will really help to job satisfaction. Running late or being pressed for time takes away from our ability to provide excellent customer service! Make sure you're a good timekeeper and stick to the days and times you have agreed!
