Dependability - This is a flexible role with hours and days to suit but commitment is still necessary
and once a day and time has been agreed then these should be stuck to.
Trustworthy - As a reputable agency we need each applicant to show they are trusted to work in
our customers homes. We ask for ID and proof of legally working in the UK. We may ask for a DBS to
be carried out.
Energetic - This can be a fast paced job cleaning from one house to another. You need to be
active and thorough in your cleaning ability.
Time Management - Being able to efficiently handle the days work will really help to job satisfaction. Being
late or being short for time takes away from our ability to provide great customer service! Make sure you are a good timekeeper
and stick to the days and times you agree to!
Detail Oriented - Did you see the spider web in the corner? A trained eye will see each detail and
ensure customer happiness every scheduled clean.
