Cleaner needed for Part time work in Penzance

Local cleaners needed to work in private households in Penzance (and nearby areas) carrying out general cleaning and other domestic duties. This is part-time up to a maximum of 20 hours a week, and often carried out while the homeowner is at work. The range of tasks done by cleaners depends on what the homeowner wants. But they may include any of the following and maybe more:

• dusting and polishing furniture
• cleaning windows
• vacuuming floors
• mopping floor tiles
• ironing clothes
• washing up pots and pans

For the role, you need:

• To enjoy carrying out practical tasks.
• To be dependable and motivated.
• Know-how of using household cleaning products and materials.
• The ability to work without being supervised.
• To pay attention to detail.
• To work as part of a team with other cleaners, if required. Cleaners could be asked to do a one off spring clean for a special occasion. For example, washing down paintwork and walls, clean out cupboards and shampoo carpets. All cleaning products and materials shall be provided by the client. Payment shall be made on the day of each clean.
