Only that I have to pay an agency fee every month when things are going smoothly and I don't require any direct support.. though I recognise that there is work and checks in the background that I wouldn't necessarily be aware of and you have provided a cleaner at very short notice and presumably if there were problems get them sorted out swiftly. Overall though I am pleased with the service.

Lindy is wonderful, she is reliable, flexible to my circumstances, friendly, polite and efficient. She requires very little guidance beyond me saying if an extra job needs doing and just gets on with everything. She is always on time. Our very shy cats like her and have taken to coming up to her for a fuss her when she arrives. She is aware that my husband is working from home so makes sure to be quiet when she is near his study. She is also aware of his OCD and makes sure to put everything back where it was. I have Multiple Sclerosis and spinal issues and as such my health fluctuates. Lindy is happy to change days if I am unable to get out of bed. During the COVID19 she has worked on the arrangement that I leave the front door open for her (which she always locks behind her) and we are not in the same room. I leave cash on the side for her and if neither of us have change she texts me how much I have overpaid and deducts it from next weeks bill. As a result of my illness there are a lot of prescription and controlled medications in the house. Prior to her first visit simply because I did not know her I moved these out of sight, however after that I had no issue in leaving them in their usual places. In fact she has frequently checked that empty bottles are to be thrown away when they have been left with rubbish rather than assuming and throwing away medication. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to a friend as a cleaner or in leaving her alone in my house.

Happy with all of the service and support given to us by Maid2Clean. The only reason for leaving is that we did not get on with our allocated cleaner and our previously private cleaner has kindly agreed to travel to us therefore we are no longer in need of the Maid2Clean service. We would have been more than happy to try a new cleaner through Maid2Clean if we did not have our old cleaner back with us.
