The agency when contacted addressed the request to find cover quickly, and Jade has been wonderful even without being familiar with the space! We were previously unlucky with the lady that was first allocated to us in terms of often receiving a poor service, and I am very happy that we were able to find a replacement.

My only criticism is the length of time it took to find someone, I originally contacted you in September 2017 and didn't get a cleaner until December.Other than this, I find the service professional and as I have already stated, my cleaner is prompt and efficient.
