After your initial enquiry, we will arrange for a cleaner to meet with you for an interview before they are allocated to you permanently. There is no obligation to agree to the first cleaner we send, and you can change your cleaner at any time if required.
Our cleaners can carry out any general cleaning tasks required, including ironing at no extra charge. The same cleaner will turn up every week, so you can get to know your cleaner and your cleaner to get to know your home - this results in a flexible and personal service, which can be altered to suit your needs at any time.
Sickness and holiday cover is available on request and we can even securely hold your keys if you are to be out during the clean.
If your regular cleaner is away for reasons such as being unwell or going on holiday, we can also put a temporary cover cleaner in place until they're able to clean again - just put in a request to our administration team.
From £17.48 per hour
This is just a one-off spring clean. It's a thorough top to bottom clean aimed at leaving your home completely pristine within a single visit. This service can be booked for between 2-6 hours on a single day, depending on the size and condition of your home you may require more hours of cleaning than just your regular clean.
Our prices are very affordable and dependant on the requirements and postal code of your property. Suitable for those times when a property needs a thorough clean - after builders, before guests visit, or for an intensive spring clean to get back on top of your usual routine.
