I have nothing but praise for the lady that comes to me now, she's a gem, but I had to go through a nightmare before she arrived. The previous lady was the complete opposite, though a very nice person, was so accident prone it was unbelievable. I think your workers should be checked out more carefully before being let loose on customers, and no one seemed interested in why I wanted to change my cleaner, or maybe you knew what she was like before she came to me?

My Only comment is, I would prefer to make all payments by direct debit or BACS transfer. Having top pay the cleaner on each visit is not liked, particularly if you are asking for the service for someone else.
