It took a while to find me a cleaner, but since you have the service has been fantastic. To begin with, Kelly is absolutely lovely and does a fantastic job here - she absolutely goes above and beyond and is a pleasure to have in the house. I also like that the payment system is straightforward and I have the transparency of knowing how much goes to the agency and how much direct to Kelly. And finally, I really appreciate the fact you have a staffed admin office, which means it is easy for me to get in touch if needed - e.g. recently when I needed to let Kelly know my road is partially closed.

The lady that came is brilliant and I am so pleased with her but it's really difficult to communicate with as she doesn't understand English well so it took a while for her to realise what I meant. I want to be able to leave her a note and know she'll understand. Suggest an app that interprets English into her language or something so the client doesn't have that stress. She's great though!
