Every Maid2Clean client is given the opportunity to interview as many cleaners as they like, until they find a cleaner they're happy with. This person will then become your regular cleaner.
Our cleaners are insured and vetted, so you can leave them to it or stay in whilst they do the clean. They can also hold house keys if required.

I think staff should have training before starting as you get a list of items to buy like certain colour clothes and different products but they are never used , if staff dont know that they should be using them or how to do so then there is no point in having to buy everything on the list. My cleaner is lovely and very reliable and does a great job but doesnt use your system and could have done with some support and training for her own benefit.

Im very happy with my cleaner, she communicates with me to confirm when shes coming and I feel able to tell her what I want doing and she is happy to do what I request.
