Ruby is a really lovely young lady, very pleasant, reliable, excellent timekeeping and has proved herself to be utterly trustworthy; I have been back and forth to hospital a lot since she started and she has been in the home alone and locked up securely, posting the keys back through the letterbox as we agreed. Ruby has great attention to detail and is meticulous in her work. The standard of her cleaning is very high. Ruby listens to feedback and requests and responds accordingly with enthusiasm.
