Perhaps you could remind the cleaners their basic obligations like hours of work, contact the house if they are unable to come or will be late etc As this non contact can disrupt the employers day.

I've recommended Maid2Clean to a colleague already, who is now using the service. I was recommended Yoyo by my friend. The first clean I received was definitely the best, both in terms of the finish and the thoroughness. I did notice that the area around the bath wasn't so 'sparkly' but it may be that there's alternating priorities for the clean.Overall, I've been really happy with Yoyo and I look forward to coming home on the days that she has been.

Always a great clean but also genuinely a lovely person, trustworthy and flexible- she has never let us down & I am sad that due to a house move we will be unable to have her as our regular cleaner anymore- please ensure she is well praised internally. Both our regular cleaners, previously Marcela and now Manuella have been excellent. We have a big and varied site here at the church both they both managed to work out a good schedule for cleaning thoughout the week. They respond well to instrution and also use initiative in adapting to any situation that might occur. Your cleaners have always been well qualified to carry out their tasks so I suggest your selection process seems very good. You have managed to suit the cleaner to the job so we thank you very much. You are also able to organise holiday cover for our regular cleaner. I would and have recommended maid2clean to other people.
