Opeyemi seems to be comfortable with the cleaning task listing and undertaking the work as listed. She applies herself well being familiar with domestic cleaning and works through all tasks within the time frame. She has a pleasant personality and has now cleaned on three occasions. She has a long way to travel by two buses which could be a problem.

I've had problems before when other agencies were very inconsistent and cleaners would not turn up or pick another day or it would be a different person. After changing to Maid2 Clean I've had one consistent Cleaner Lynn who is very nice; always turns up on time and lets me know of any changes in advice. My only issue was when the last cleaner did not attend the last appointed cleaning date. When i Spoke to Maid2clean, although I received an apology, it did not change the fact that the service fell short of expectations. I would have expected some sort of small compensation to support good customer service.
