All of our cleaners are insured and vetted, so they can be trusted to hold your house keys and do the clean whilst you're out.

Jane rang and talked all about what she already does, cleaning caring for a child with Downs etc., and offered to squeeze us in saturdaay or sunday, felt like she had too much going on! Sorry but was offered anothe cleaner by a different agency!

I think the information provided by the company is brilliant. Its all very clear for users and helps you set up for your new cleaner. It was great to have an initial meeting with the new cleaner to see if they're compatible and to go through what is needed. Just sitting down to have a cup of coffee was a great use of time. The regular check ins from the company about the cleans are also great as it gives you an opportunity to feedback any issues. When our cleaner was poorly, a rapid step in cleaner was found, and this worked perfectly for a couple of weeks. For specific personal feedback, Our cleaner, Clive, is an absolute Gem. Not only is his cleaning wonderful, hes is also a lovely person and as a family we are getting to know him more, and him us. We're really pleased with his cleaning and flexibility around bank holiday weekends. Its a pleasure to have met him, and have him to visit us each week!

Approached the company for a regular domestic cleaner. Had a very clear discussion about what could be offered and how payments are taken. Within 2 days a cleaner was allocated and we had an interview. Following a trial month we are very pleased with the cleaning Clive had given us. The company have checked in regularly to make sure all is OK. Resources provided to support the cleaner and what is needed in your house are really helpful. Can't fault the service!
