Eilean listened to my needs at the initial interview and always follows up each visit with a courtesy text to say that she has finished and to check that everything was up to standard. On the odd occasion where she has needed to reschedule she has let me know in advance and we have worked together to flex her schedule to ensure she visits asap. She is brilliant at communicating and her standards are high. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Karylene is good and efficient, she usually finishes the whole house within an hour and a half. I pay for two hours but can't find anything else for her to do. Although I know if I did, she would be more than happy to complete that task too. I know you offer 3 hours a fortnight service, but she would still be finished within 2 hours, so a more flexible service would be an advantage to me.
