Safia is amazing. She is kind, courteous, caring, thoughtful and pragmatic. She is so good at taking care of Dad's cleaning (we, unfortunately, don't live nearby) but also keeps an eye out for any problems. She thinks nothing of replacing cleaning products (we reimburse her of course) as and when she needs to but also if she sees something which is broken she brings it to our attention immediately. We miss her terribly when she is on holiday as no one is up to her amazing standards. She even makes Dad a cup of tea before she leaves. God bless her she is a fabulous cleaner and a lovely caring person.
