Great experience with our current cleaner Rebecca Hammond. She’s lively, lovely and have great cleaning standards. However, our first experience wasn’t the greatest and the fact that you can being charged when a cleaner decided to abandon a job and no replacement is arranged on time is a bit unfair

It would be great if Maid2Clean offered a more digital service to manage things - such as a client portal where I can keep track of payments, set the cleaning list for the next week etc - This would be a lot easier to keep track of things than having to print off bits of paper. It'd also be nice if could simply pay Maid2Clean and they pass on the payment to the cleaner, instead of having to faff with paying the cleaner directly each week.
